Chevron is seeking an IT Technical Lead to manage a team of IT professionals, oversee the design, development, and maintenance of IT solutions, and engage with stakeholders and vendors. The role requires leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and provide solution architecture guidance
- Quick learner who can adapt and navigate in a dynamic environment through critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Broad technical IT experience related to solution performance, reliability, cybersecurity, IT Compliance, outsourcing, modernization, and agile delivery methodologies
- Development experience (e.g..Net C#, Python, Node.JS, Angular), implementation and hands-on experience on different IT applications/systems (e.g. SAP S4 Hana, ServiceNow, Workday)
- Proficiency with SQL databases, familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, and Windows server environments
- Proficiency in Cloud computing (e.g. Azure), Scripting (e.g. Ansible, BASH, PowerShell) and data analytics will be an added advantage
