IT & Telecoms Category Manager

Eaton is hiring an IT & Telecoms Category Manager to partner with Corporate IT stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic objectives from both an SCM and Business perspective. The role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise IT category strategies, managing supplier relationships, driving cost optimisation and Working Capital improvement, and ensuring alignment with Eaton’s digital transformation and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing/category management, with IT focus
• Deep knowledge of IT & Telecoms market and suppliers
• Strong SCM sourcing and supplier management expertise
• Skilled in negotiation and contract interpretation
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Effective problem-solving and multitasking across global projects
• Excellent communicator with influence across senior and cross-functional teams
• Confident presenter with strategic and operational clarity
• Strategic mindset with global perspective and planning skills
• Professional, collaborative leadership style
