Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- 5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, service delivery or a related role within the IT industry
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL and ServiceNow a plus
- Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, ITSM Integrated Systems, Contract Management, PMP) a plus
