As a member of the Shared Services team, you will support with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the People function, as well as handling first level queries from employees and managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of working experience in similar role in PS Services
- Fluent in English AND Italian, both oral and written
- Knowledge of PS and Talent Acquisition processes
- Confident Microsoft Office usage, especially with Excel
- Good time management and ability to prioritize
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented with demonstrated drive and resilience
- Experience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
