The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, analysis of asset data, and automation of workflows. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Agile methodologies and proactive problem-solving. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, including 1+ year ServiceNow experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong background in data analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent command of English and knowledge of French.
- Knowledge of Integration Hub, REST APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow certifications.
