The IT Asset Management Administrator plays a critical role in our Information Services & Technology Team, responsible for the entire IT asset lifecycle, from procurement and deployment to utilization and secure disposal.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT asset management, inventory management, project coordination, or a similar field
- Proven experience managing IT hardware, software licensing, and asset lifecycles
- Strong understanding of IT asset management best practices and relevant industry regulations
- Experience with IT Asset Management software (e.g., ServiceNow, SCCM/MECM, Intune) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
