ITAM Consultant for ServiceNow - Bratislava

Devoteam is seeking an ITAM Consultant for ServiceNow to design, implement, and optimize IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with ITAM applications, strong understanding of ITAM processes and best practices, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience with implementation of ITAM applications
• Strong understanding of ITAM processes and best practices
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English is a must
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, etc.)
• ITIL certification
• Experience in a consulting environment
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Certifications (one of the following: CITAM, CHAMP, CSAM, ISO/IEC 19770)
