We are seeking a ITIL Business Intelligence Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The role involves identifying, synthesizing, organizing, and managing IT issues to support end users across the enterprise.
Requirements
- University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant technical degrees
- 5 years of experience as an IT Incident Manager
- 5 years of experience in ITIL implementation and Project coordination
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- 5+ years of experience of ITSM processes and ServiceNow, specially ServiceNow Incident Management module
- Outstanding communication skills – Written and Verbal, in English
- Expertise on Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
