NTT DATA is seeking an ITIL Process Manager to monitor and ensure the compliance of Service Level Agreements (SLA) with clients, with a focus on quality management and service process management.

Requirements

  • ITIL Certification
  • Professional Training in Business Administration or related IT careers
  • Management of ticketing tools (SAP, Solman, ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Advanced Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Networking and Security
  • Intermediate English
