Sonsoft, Inc. is seeking an ITIL V3, ITSM Suite, Cloud Computing Infrastructure professional with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, and at least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy or other ITSM tools as an advanced user.
