Sonsoft Inc. is seeking an ITIL V3, ITSM Suite Cloud Computing Infrastructure professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, and ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years overall experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy or other ITSM tools as an advanced user
- Knowledge of the ITIL v3 service life cycle and ITSM best practices
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required, 4+ years of experience in IT, knowledge of ITIL v3 and ITSM best practices
