ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Account Executive with expertise in the Federal Territory of NRW to develop existing customer relationships and expand new business within the public sector. This role involves strategic customer engagement, solution integration, and coordination of teams in Germany, contributing to revenue growth and modernization of institutions.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of the public administration, especially in the context of digitalization and regulatory, political and technical framework.
- Demonstrable established network within NRW and to related relevant decision-makers within the Federal States.
- At least 7 years of experience selling enterprise software to the public sector.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable Senior Account position with responsibility for business development and customer retention.
- Experience in integrating AI technologies into business and administrative processes.
- Strong German-speaking and fluent English proficiency.
- Travel readiness up to 50%.
