Design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions to optimize IT infrastructure and operations for our organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience with ServiceNow, with at least 3 years specializing in ITOM.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including MID servers and integrations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell).
