ITOM Visibility & CMDB Consultant - Lead Consultant - L3

We are seeking an experienced ITOM Visibility & CMDB Consultant to join our ServiceNow team. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of IT experience, with deep expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), including at least two full-cycle ITOM implementation projects.

Requirements

• Experience: 8–10 years in IT, with at least two (2) end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM implementation projects.
• Certifications: ServiceNow ITOM-related certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping).
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITOM suite (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Orchestration).
• Practical experience with IT infrastructure, network protocols, cloud services, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of CMDB structuring, IT asset lifecycle, and configuration management practices.
• Hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and ServiceNow integrations.
