Sopra Steria is seeking an ITSM Consultant to support a client with a Blockchain project in Hong Kong. The role involves overseeing IT service delivery, ensuring smooth deployments, and managing SaaS platforms, security, and onboarding processes. The team is focused on delivering Infrastructure, Cloud and Cybersecurity services across the region.
Requirements
- Experience with IT service delivery
- Strong understanding of production environment stability and risk mitigation, especially change/release management
- Familiarity with governance tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshdesk)
- Standardize and automate user provisioning/deprovisioning processes
