Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven ServiceNow experience
• Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP)
• DevOps tools experience (GitHub, Sonarqube)
• Familiarity with ITSM processes (ITIL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
