NTT DATA Romania is seeking an ITSM Interface Developer to build and customize interfaces for IT Service Management (ITSM) systems, particularly ServiceNow. The role involves creating, developing, and troubleshooting interfaces, working with stakeholders, and collaborating on integration workflows. Requirements
- Degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Maths or similar
- At least 6 years of professional experience in auditing, (IT) management consulting, or corporate IT within a company
- Extensive Knowledge in Python
- Good knowledge in BPMN Processes and BPMN-based process engines
- Good knowledge with REST API (inkl. JSON & XML)
- Knowledge in SQL-based database-system (MS SQL-Server preferred)
- Knowledge in creating interfaces using the AZURE Integration services from Microsoft
- Very good English written and spoken skills
