This is a full-time position for a ServiceNow ITSM specialist. The role involves designing/developing solutions/architecture on ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, requiring experience with Requirements Gathering, Effort estimation, Client interaction, and Hands on Implementation projects. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in designing/developing solutions/architecture on ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD
- Experience with Requirement Gathering, Effort estimation, Client interaction
- Experience with Implementing ITSM/Discovery/CMDB projects
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Development (Client Script & Server Script, Notifications, Inbound Outbound email integrations, Workflow & Flow Designer)
- Evaluation of new features within ServiceNow
- Experience in API integrations with other systems
- Experience with Integration HUB orchestrations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong team leading skills
- Interpersonal skills such as facilitation, negotiation, and collaboration
- Ability to prepare documents like HLD, LLD
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting analytical skills
- Ability and willingness to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently and in a team
