The ITSM Product Manager will be responsible for defining the strategic direction and tactical roadmap of the ServiceNow product within the Managed Support Suite Technology (MSST) stack of tools. The role will involve collaborating with various teams to understand the tools landscape, generating product requirements, determining specifications, and understanding costs/pricing for adoption, ongoing maintenance, and enhancements of the product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
