ITSM Tool Manager (ServiceNow) role involves managing team of developers, administering and configuring ServiceNow, and designing processes and data flow within various domains. Experience with web technologies, AJAX, and integrations using web-services and MID Server is required.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Technical Specialist or above
- Admin. Configuration / Development knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience in managing team of developers
- Good Exposure of integration of ServiceNow with various ITSM and other tools
