Requirements
- Create, modify, and disable user IDs in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Integrate user management processes with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
- Automate onboarding/offboarding workflows using APIs or middleware.
- Maintain security roles, environment access, and RBAC.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CNC-related issues.
