CI&T is seeking a Mid-level Support Analyst for PL/SQL, APEX, and complex technical solutions. The role involves investigating and resolving issues, finding root causes, and ensuring continuous improvement of the operation. CI&T partners with over 1,000 clients worldwide.

Requirements

  • Experience in Oracle (PL/SQL)
  • Knowledge in APEX Oracle
  • Experience in complex technical solutions support, comprising teams and integrations (services, queues, files)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (desirable)
  • Backend: Java 11 - Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, Maven, JPA, Junit and Mockito (desirable)
  • Frontend: Angular 8++ or superior, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON (desirable)
  • Servicenow (desirable)
  • Framework unit testing (Jasmine/Karma) (desirable)

Requirements Summary
