Join Deloitte's ServiceNow team as an experienced Enterprise Service Management Advisor and Solution Architect. Contribute to building Deloitte's ServiceNow practice in Norway and work on projects across the Nordics. Guide clients through end-to-end digital transformation initiatives and drive complex enterprise-wide service modernization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience leading end-to-end transformation projects in areas such as IT, HR, Finance, Risk or core business operations
- Experience with IT Project Management and the ability to oversee complex implementations and drive successful outcomes
- Familiarity with process frameworks such as Lean, TBM, ITIL or other methodologies relevant to your area of expertise
- A strong technical background with an advanced understanding of key technical principles and best practices
- Experience or a solid understanding of application development and software lifecycle management
- Knowledge of technologies using client-server model and understanding of data-modelling, SQL data structures and system integrations
- Fluency in written and spoken English, and a high proficiency in Norwegian or a willingness to learn the language
