DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Journeyman Computer Hardware Engineer to support the USCG ALC ISD in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The position involves research, design, development, and testing of computer equipment for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or related field or at a minimum IT Certification.
- Two (2) years' experience in review and management of software lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing and a positive customer service attitude.
- Experience providing root cause analysis and technical support.
- One (1) year of experience with using ITSM Tools such as Remedy Help Desk or ServiceNow.
- One (1) year of experience in Agile DevSecOps software and engineering environment and Methodologies.
- One (1) year of experience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket or equivalent.
Requirements Summary
Two years' experience in software lifecycle management, one year of ITSM tools experience, and one year of Agile DevSecOps experience required
