DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Journeyman Computer User Support Specialist to support the USCG ALC ISD in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The position involves providing Tier 1 support services to computer users, troubleshooting network applications, and creating user accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or related field or at minimum IT Certification
  • Two years' experience in help desk support, including one year of experience with PC operating systems and networking and e-mail standards
  • One year of experience with using ITSM Tools such as Remedy Help Desk or ServiceNow
  • One year of experience in Agile DevSecOps software and engineering environment and Methodologies
  • One year of experience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket or equivalent

Requirements Summary
