DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Journeyman Computer User Support Specialist to join their team supporting the USCG's Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) Information Systems Division in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The role involves providing Tier 1 support to users, resolving computer problems, and ensuring compliance standards. The position is on-site with off-site capabilities.

Requirements

  • Obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or related field or IT Certification.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in help desk support, including one (1) year with PC operating systems, networking, and e-mail standards.
  • One (1) year of experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy Help Desk or ServiceNow.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and technical support.
