Journeyman ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

GovCIO is hiring a Journeyman ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support their USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal in Washington, DC. This hybrid remote position will focus on guiding ITSM strategy, designing and developing ServiceNow modules, and providing support to both internal and external teams. The role requires a combination of independent work and collaboration with remote teams.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance.
• Minimum of 3 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
• Strong communication skills
