Journeyman ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

GovCIO is hiring a Journeyman ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support their Network Operations and Security Center proposal. This hybrid remote position will involve designing, developing, and administering ServiceNow applications. The role requires a strong understanding of ITIL best practices and collaboration with remote teams.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years as a ServiceNow developer
• Thorough knowledge of ServiceNow System
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
• Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
• US citizenship (Top Secret Clearance required)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
