Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience.
- Proficiency in enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SCCM).
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell).
- US citizenship is required.
