Journeyman ServiceNow and Enterprise Tools Support Specialist

GovCIO is seeking a skilled ServiceNow and Enterprise Tools Support Specialist to support a proposed mission-critical network operations and security request. This role will provide Tier II/III support, system integration, workflow automation, and service optimization. The position requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and a commitment to meeting security standards, with a focus on US citizenship.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience.
• Proficiency in enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SCCM).
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell).
• US citizenship is required.
