Aptive is seeking an entry-level Junior Data Analyst to support data management, quality, and analytics activities for VA’s EHRM Single‐Pathway Issue‐Resolution program. The role involves using SQL, Python/R, and Tableau/Power BI to extract, clean, and analyze data related to patient safety, workflow, and ServiceNow migration. Mentorship is provided under the guidance of senior analysts.
Requirements
- Extract, clean, and join datasets using SQL and Excel
- Build tables, simple charts, and summary views
- Follow analytical methods and document steps
- Run routine checks on RMA, ServiceNow, and Power Apps data pipelines
- Execute data‐quality rules and validation checklists
- Prepare slides and talking points for stakeholders
- Automate quality checks using templates
Requirements Summary
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (or equivalent experience). 0-3 years of data analysis experience. SQL proficiency, Excel skills, and familiarity with Python or R
