EyeCare Partners is seeking a Junior Developer to join their team. The role involves assisting in the design, development, and implementation of ITSM applications and integrations, as well as the design and maintenance of the Employee Service Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ITSM
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Angular.js, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
- Familiarity with ITIL Framework and related concepts
- Exposure to REST/SOAP web services is a plus
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
