We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Junior HR Specialist with German to join our dynamic onboarding team supporting the DACH region. You will become part of a well-structured and collaborative team responsible for administering, coordinating, and improving hiring processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or HR operations
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Global View) and/or ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Proactive approach, with analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail
- Flexible, eager to learn, and willing to take on new responsibilities
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good command of English
- Very good command of German
