Requirements
- Training in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of identity and access management (IAM).
- Familiarity with tools like Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365 or ServiceNow.
- Good use of Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Desirable to be studying Microsoft SC-900 or CompTIA Security+.
- Communication skills, internal customer orientation and proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow standardized procedures with accuracy.

Requirements Summary
