Junior Infrastructure Administrator

We are seeking a motivated Junior Infrastructure Administrator to support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations on a Department of Defense Cybersecurity program. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers in system administration or IT operations who are eager to gain hands-on experience in enterprise environments.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in IT system administration, technical support, or related fields
• Active DoD Secret clearance with eligibility for a Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems
• Basic understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Exposure to infrastructure monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
