Requirements
- Experience in governing complex IT projects and managing internal and external resources
- Familiarity with best practices for managing Incidents, Problems, and Service Requests

- Strong orientation to work management through standardized procedures and processes
- Knowledge of Incident Management dynamics and strong orientation to processes and data
- Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of the English language
