Junior IT Operations - Incident & Reporting

Requirements

• Experience in governing complex IT projects and managing internal and external resources
• Familiarity with best practices for managing Incidents, Problems, and Service Requests
• Excellent mastery of Microsoft Excel for data processing
• Strong orientation to work management through standardized procedures and processes
• Knowledge of Incident Management dynamics and strong orientation to processes and data
• Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of the English language
