As a HR Learning Services Specialist, you will be responsible for administrative end-to-end processing and professional support in the area of HR Learning Services, ensuring high-quality service provision and compliance. You will work independently on recurring learning services portfolio and focus on customer experience excellence.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)
- Completed higher education
- Up to 2 years of experience for a junior role or over 2 years of experience for a specialist role
- Familiarity with Power Automate or strong interest in learning and working with process automation tools
- Experience working with ServiceNow, Learning Management System (SAP), Learning Experience Platform (Degreed), and MS Office
