The Junior Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of ServiceNow requests, supporting various projects, and providing backup support for Team Members.

Requirements

Master's degree in Big Data, Databases, Management, Innovation Management, or related field
Fluent in English and knowledge of German, Spanish, Italian, or French
Professional experience in Master Data Management
Experience with ServiceNow or a similar workflow management tool
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, MFG Pro, or similar platforms
