The Junior Master Data Analyst role is responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of ServiceNow requests, supporting various projects, preparing SOX controls, and providing backup support to Team Members.
Requirements
- Process incoming requests in alignment with SLA requirements, policies, and guidelines
- Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement
- Adopt and comply with process excellence methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, MDI, and change control
- Collaborate with various departments and proactively manage stakeholder relationships
- Maintain a quality-focused culture within the Team
- Prepare and maintain relevant Audit/SOX controls and documentation
- Ensure the timely implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by the Manager or Auditor
- Perform tasks within the scope of services, including Supplier and Employee Master Data Maintenance, Chart of Accounts updates, Intercompany Supplier/Customer maintenance, and Project Codes management
Requirements Summary
Master Data major, experience in Master Data Management, proficiency in ServiceNow or similar workflow management tool, and familiarity with ERP systems
