Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or platform support
- Knowledge of incident and problem management processes (familiarity with ITIL is advantageous)
- Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities in a remote work environment
- Availability to work onsite in Brussels (hybrid arrangement can be arranged post-onboarding)
- Proficiency in English
