The Junior Program Manager will assist in maintaining the Strategic Project Management (SPM) facility of the ServiceNow platform and build the project management and SDLC framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related courses
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience in project management/project delivery life cycle
- Basic familiarity with a global project management framework/discipline, methodologies and tools
- Preferably with experience in at least one of the following tools: Sharepoint, JIRA/Confluence, ServiceNow
