LMI is seeking a skilled Junior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for a Federal DoD client. This is a fully remote position focused on demonstrating competency in ServiceNow, analysis, and business growth. LMI accelerates government impact with innovative digital solutions.

Requirements

• Deliver the full implementation life cycle.
• Work with Agile teams in a virtual environment.
• Develop a good understanding of the customer’s ServiceNow business needs.
• Implement ServiceNow modules.
• Implement configurations and customizations.
• Create and manage business rules and reports.
• Develop and execute Quality Assurance testing.
