We're a multinational steel producer and one of the largest mining companies, looking for a Junior ServiceNow Service Provider to join our team in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. As a ServiceNow Service Provider, you will be responsible for performing established routines to ensure ServiceNow platform support, proposing improvements to internal processes, and executing small improvements using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Analysis and Development of Systems, Software Engineering, or related areas
- Microsoft Office
- Programming logic
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, or other web technologies
- SQL and NoSQL knowledge for data manipulation and query
- Basic knowledge of ITIL
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Basic understanding of web development
- Intermediate level English (technical reading and writing)
