The Knowledge Management Advisor is responsible for enabling the business to deliver services through knowledge management systems. This role involves establishing processes, driving employee adoption, leading training and communication, and continuously improving the framework. They will work with various stakeholders to align Knowledge Management with business goals.

Requirements

  • Operational experience working with or part of delivery teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • ServiceNow Knowledge Management Skills or Knowledge of industry standard Knowledge Management methodology.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders and framing discussions.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Experience in global teams and cultures.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in implementing training and adoption initiatives.
