Knowledge Management Lead

Darkblade Systems is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Knowledge Management Lead to provide critical support to the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), and Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2 (Intelligence). This senior-level role involves developing, implementing, and sustaining a comprehensive KM program for the DCS G2, ensuring the effective capture, curation, sharing, and leveraging of organizational knowledge. The position requires a mission-critical subject matter expert with experience leveraging advanced analytical methods and data science to solve complex challenges.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required at application.
• Master's degree (MA/MS) in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level Knowledge Management programs.
• Proven ability to translate senior leader intent and Army doctrine into actionable KM initiatives.
• 12 years relevant experience is substituted for the MA/MS degree.
