OES Equipment is seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager to establish and sustain a unified knowledge management program. The ideal candidate will oversee the development of a central process library, standardize documentation across OES's operations, and ensure employees can easily access the information they need to perform their work safely, efficiently, and consistently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, operations systems, process documentation, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience building or managing a knowledge base, process library, or similar repository
- Experience designing or implementing process documentation standards
- Experience administering or maintaining content in enterprise platforms
