DMI is seeking a Knowledge Manager to oversee documentation, knowledge-sharing, and knowledge transfer within the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on ensuring the effective documentation of ENAESS and NOC operations, developing structured knowledge transfer processes, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining a centralized repository of network security policies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with AI/ML engineers and provide guidance on the transition from the incumbent contractor to the incoming team.

Requirements
