DMI is seeking a Knowledge Manager to oversee documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives within their ServiceNow platform. This role involves developing structured knowledge transfer processes, training sessions, and maintaining a centralized repository of network security policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless transition of knowledge from existing teams to incoming staff.

Requirements

  • Oversee documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Develop structured knowledge transfer processes.

  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers.

Requirements Summary

BS/MS/PhD degree. 5-7 yrs exp. in related field. 2-5 yrs experience in knowledge management systems
