We're looking for a Knowledge Manager to assist our client in sharing knowledge to ensure access to critical information for an enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiative. As a Knowledge Manager on our team, you'll train and maintain front-end support for KM sites, make recommendations, and execute KM strategies, plans, processes, tools, assessments, and meeting management practices for a ServiceNow and SharePoint platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working in a professional KM environment
- Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint, Service Now, GitLab, or Confluence
- Experience developing and implementing content strategy and information architecture
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
