We're looking for a Knowledge Manager, Senior, to assist our client in sharing knowledge to ensure access to critical information for an enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiative. As a Knowledge Manager on our team, you'll train and maintain front-end support for KM sites, make recommendations, and execute KM strategies, plans, processes, tools, assessments, and meeting management practices for a ServiceNow and SharePoint platform.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience working in a professional KM environment
  • Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint, Service Now, GitLab, or Confluence
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
  • Experience leading a team of technical writers, designers, or engineers
  • Experience developing technical manuals, procedures, or user guides
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and KM fundamentals and tools
