We are seeking a Learning Projects Administrator – Senior Associate to support the design, development, and delivery of learning experiences for our professionals. The successful candidate will work as part of a project team to support all aspects of the learning curriculum and internal processes, with a primary focus on the publication and curriculum management process.

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Ability to review and summarize data points
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of learning development processes and standards
• Knowledge and hands on experience of ServiceNow and SuccessFactors
• 5+ years’ work experience
• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline
