We are IceWarp, a Czech company providing communication solutions to 50 million users worldwide. We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to resolve technical questions related to IceWarp servers and applications.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Linux (CentOS, RedHat, Rocky Linux)
- SQL language and database concepts
- Email server experience
- Network protocols (SMTP, IMAP, DNS...)
- Helpdesk system experience (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Good communication skills
- Interest in new technologies and willingness to learn
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
