We are IceWarp, a Czech company providing communication solutions to 50 million users worldwide. We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to resolve technical questions related to IceWarp servers and applications.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Linux (CentOS, RedHat, Rocky Linux)
  • SQL language and database concepts
  • Email server experience
  • Network protocols (SMTP, IMAP, DNS...)
  • Helpdesk system experience (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
  • Good communication skills
  • Interest in new technologies and willingness to learn
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
